Her professionalism, strategic methods, and love for what she does made our house sell in less than 2 weeks! What was most helpful was that she did not do it all behind the scenes, on the contrary she walked us through it all and was transparent and honest as well. We can't imagine doing it without her. enough good things cannot be said about miriam. For starters, it didn’t feel intimidating looking at houses with her. i felt comfortable, relaxed, and able to express my feelings, concerns, and opinions during viewings. it really felt like a friend and i were handed a set of keys to go look at a property i was interested in. Miriam was flexible and met us wherever our needs were met geographically and she made sure to confirm as many viewings as possible given the time allotted and even added some viewings SAME DAY which just made the process go so much faster being able to view as many houses as we did in one day (upwards of around 12). she remained professional, patient and met us exactly where we needed. Miriam WILL ADVOCATE for you without thinking twice when it comes to getting you the best fit for whoever you decide to work with outside her. there were several instances where miriam exceeded expectations and really made the process feel like someone had my back the whole way, it was amazing having someone like miriam in my corner. At the end of the day Miriam got me exactly where i wanted to be and negotiated an AMAZING deal and i couldn’t be happier in my new home and it’s all thanks to miriam.

My experience working with Miriam was great. She is super friendly and made me feel very comfortable. She makes it feel like you’re looking at houses with a friend, which I really enjoyed. I saw about 45 different houses with Miriam and she made herself available whenever I needed it (I work night shifts and my schedule gets weird). Miriam was open to exploring different areas with me, she traveled a good distance for me which I appreciated. She advocated for me when I needed it and helped me negotiate $10K in credits which was a big goal I had and helped me a lottt! She helped me through the entire process and my many many questions I had as a first time home buyer. She was amazing, and in the future I would 100% like to work with her again and recommend her to others!

Miriam was very knowledgeable and responsive. Anytime me and my husband wanted to tour a house she would go out of her way to help us and meet us at the house and come prepared with questions and look out for any concerns.
